J Paul is a London-based American service designer & speculative designer with expertise in design research and strategy. He worked at The Mayo Clinic Center for Innovation, focusing on customer experience and delivery and at Unilever in Consumer & Market Insights for brand development. J Paul holds an MA in Design Interactions from the Royal College of Art, where he also teaches on the Service Design MA course.
