Eddie Obeng

Innovation Leader

Eddie is the author of 10 books on innovation, change and leadership, and his clients have included HSBC, GlaxoSmithKline and Rolls-Royce. Described by the Financial Times as a “leading revolutionary”, Eddie is a professor within the School of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Henley Business School and the founder of Pentacle, the virtual business school.

Rachel Smith

Facilitator

Rachel started her professional life for over a decade in design as an architect, training at the Royal College of Art. For the last three years, Rachel has supported organisations as a visual thinking designer, fac-illustrator, strategist and visual thinking trainer. Her experience takes a diagonal slice across sectors and scales, working with startups, entrepreneurs, small businesses, millenial cultures and in big organisations.

J Paul Neeley

Designer & Researcher

J. Paul is a Designer and Researcher based in London and Senior Tutor in Service Design at the Royal College of Art. He has a background in Service Design, Interaction Design, Design Research, and Strategy. J. Paul has worked professionally at Mayo Clinic’s Center for Innovation as Service Designer & and at Unilever in Consumer & Market Insights on brand development.

Holly May Mahoney

Design Lead

Holly is a service designer with experience that spans the private and public sectors and includes work on health, ageing and civic engagement. She has a Service Design MA degree from the Royal College of Art (RCA) in London and has worked as a Research Associate at the Helen Hamlyn Centre. She was most recently a Teaching Fellow at Stanford’s d-school.
