Design Thinkers Academy London is DK&A’s coaching and leadership development team, where we turn leaders into Design Thinkers that innovate in business.

Some of our coaches
Mo-Ling is Course Leader for Design Management at LCC. She has over 20 years experience creating, managing and delivering diverse projects internationally. She has worked on integrated marketing campaigns, large-scale brand activations, exhibitions and with digital products with agencies and events including the Olympic Games and World Expos.
Joe Ferry is an award-winning creative leader who challenges industry conventions to make a difference. During his 15 years at Virgin Atlantic, he redefined the brand to focus on customer experience. Joe is a great advocate of design and has held positions on the UK’s Design Council and Executive Board of D&AD.
Becky is a research specialist and the owner and Head of Research at the award-winning strategic research agency, Revealing Reality. She has worked for a huge range of big brands, charities, marketing and advertising agencies and central and local government, including No 10 Downing Street and Pepsi. Becky is a previous winner of the AQR Qualitative Effectiveness Award.
Design Thinking Facilitator
Arnoud has been an active proponent of Design Thinking at P&G since 2008. He’s introduced user-centricity and innovation principles across a range of consumer goods categories. Now, as global business services manager with responsibility for divestiture and acquisitions, Arnoud is bringing Design Thinking to the heart of the company.
Arne van Oosterom
Associate Creative Director
Arne van Oosterom is one of the founders of the Design Thinkers Academy. A mentor for several startups worldwide, he has lectured at the Management Center Innsbruck, Hogeschool Rotterdam and the Munster School for Art and Design. He was also one of the three Senior Partners & Co-Founders of the Design Thinkers Group.
Yuen Yen Tsia
Yuen Yen Tsai is a senior facilitator, who uses her 10+ year of game-based training and game development, every session feels light-hearted and playful. Leading to participants to open up for impactful learning. Many appreciate her combination of high-energy in interactive learning sessions and thorough expertise in team dynamics.
Simon Gough is an experienced design consultant, facilitator, trainer, speaker and writer with clients ranging from FMCG companies to central government. He delivers the core pathway for the Ravensbourne MDes in Service Design Innovation and is also an Open Data Institute Registered Trainer.
Dave Caygill is the Global Executive Director of Future Strategy at Iris Worldwide. His role is shaping long term futures for brands, specialising in creating sustainability strategies which deliver for people, planet and profit. As a futurist he identifies trends and emerging customer needs to create propositions and change strategies. As a qualified Design Thinker and facilitator, he’s comfortable leading everyone from c-suite to the front-line through the innovation adventure.
