Su has 15+ years experience in the design and launch of new products, services and business models. She has worked across a range of industries, from luxury to commodity goods, from consumer to medical, for organisations like Conrad Hilton Hotels, Cartier, Carbon Trust, NHS, Big Pharma, and the Fung Group. A design thinker, strategist and facilitator, Su guides the innovation approach.
With a background in Industrial Design, deep expertise in User-centred Design and a triple Masters’s Degree in International Management and Corporate Innovation, she helps identify and explore new market opportunities around real user needs, considering equitable and sustainable design.
