Simon Gough
Associate Service Design Director
Simon has over two decades’ experience working as a service designer, facilitator and trainer, with particular skills in co-design, strategy and data. His specific focus is on how systems thinking and design thinking can be used as approaches to organisational transformation. Simon has worked with a range of commercial companies, charities and government departments, and for over eight years he led Ravensbourne University’s MDes in Service Design Innovation.
Simon’s recent clients include Mars, the Government Digital Service, International SOS, the Met Office, the Food Standards Agency, the RSA, DCMS and the Open Data Institute. He is also an Open Data Institute Registered Trainer.
