Zia Ali
Associate Learning Designer
Zia is Associate Service Designer for DK&A and Design Thinkers Academy London. He brings 15+ years as a global trainer-facilitator, specialised in using the power of storytelling and theatre to ignite policy change in EDI and organisational design. He has worked as a communications strategist and conflict mediator worldwide, including countries such as Argentina, Jordan and Afghanistan.
He has an MA in Performance Practice as Research from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, London, a Diploma in Conflict Resolution and is an Ordained Interfaith Minister. His clients span across a multitude of sectors and include The Mayor of London’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC), the Afghan Ministry for Mines, the Government of Jordan, Akram Khan Dance Company, and London Olympic Park.
