Joe Ferry is an award-winning creative leader who challenges industry conventions. During his 15 years at Virgin Atlantic, he redefined the brand to focus on customer experience with innovative new in-flight sleep seats and distinctive airport lounges. Joe is a great advocate for design and has held positions on the UK’s Design Council and Executive Board of D&AD. He is a visiting Professor of Design at Brunel University.
